1. Check if the vacuum pump rotates and if the direction of rotation matches the arrow clicked on the vacuum pump;
2. When using the newly purchased small vacuum packaging machine, the plane between the upper and lower covers of the vacuum chamber may not match. We need to apply a little force when covering the vacuum chamber to ensure that the upper cover of the vacuum chamber matches the panel;
3. The travel switch is not in place, adjust the position of the travel switch limit plate.
4. The time relay is out of control and needs to be replaced with a new one.
5. The vent valve is not tightly sealed, resulting in leakage. Check the air release solenoid valve and valve core (rubber). Whether there is wear, contamination, or offset of the valve core center.
6. Check for leaks or looseness in various parts of the phase detection pipeline.
2、 Poor heat sealing quality
1. Check if the opening of the packaging bag is clean and prevent the sealing area from getting dirty.
2. Check if the nickel chromium strip is working properly and if there are any short circuits or open circuits.
3. Is the selection of heat sealing temperature and time appropriate.
4. Check if there is any leakage in the hot pressed airbag.
5. The heat sealed solenoid valve is not working properly.
3、 The small vacuum packaging machine cannot release air after vacuuming, and the vacuum chamber cannot be opened.
1. The time relay is out of control, with poor or damaged contact points.
2. No power supply, check the power circuit.
