The three-phase voltage is severely unbalanced. Check whether the stator winding is short circuited between phases or turns, and whether the stator winding is grounded.

If the power supply voltage exceeds 10% of the additional voltage, the magnetic flux density of the iron core will increase sharply, leading to iron loss and motor overheating. The detailed inspection method is to use a communication voltmeter to measure the bus voltage or the terminal voltage of the motor.
